Updates and general contact

Email david@hashbit.it for request updates, corrections, privacy matters, or business inquiries.

Floor Forge is operated by David Williams. Responses are handled manually; no fixed reply time or contractor availability is promised. For installation bids or urgent scheduling, contact a contractor directly.

Give the message enough context to act on

  • A focused planning question: identify the decision or wording you want help understanding.
  • A traceable update: include your receipt reference, or the email address used for the original request.
  • A useful correction: include the page address, statement, and supporting source when available.
  • A clear privacy request: describe the access, correction, or deletion request without sending identity documents or passwords.

What happens after you contact Floor Forge

  1. Send the question: include only the details needed to explain it. Unknown project fields can stay blank.
  2. Keep your receipt: a successful form response confirms private storage; it is not an installation booking or bid.
  3. Follow up by email: use the reference or original email address if you need an update. If receipt was unconfirmed, email before resending.

The form does not automatically distribute requests to contractors. Any possible introduction is discussed before sharing your information. Read the privacy notice or how the resource works.
