Floor Forge reviews the information manually and may help clarify scope or the next question to take to an installer. We do not install floors, provide a guaranteed price, or automatically obtain contractor bids.

- Square footage and coating-system details can remain unknown.
- A photo can show visible floor condition; it is optional and never published in the Media Library.

What to send and what happens next
- Describe the job: choose the space and timing, then add any known area and notes.
- Add a photo if useful: one JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 3 MB. Avoid people, addresses, and location metadata.
- Save the receipt: success confirms private storage for manual review, not a booked job or priced bid.
